Bluecigs Announcement

Due to the incredibly overwhelming demand for blu and our pursuit of a great customer service experience, blu will not be taking orders from the 7th to the 21st of July. We are pausing orders in an attempt to clear our backlog and take care of our current customers.

During this time period, orders will continue to be shipped out and staff will be working as usual at blu in Administration and Customer Care; however, we simply will not be taking new orders. We sincerely apologize to our customers for the shortcomings in our current system. We understand your frustration with regards to our shipping delays. We feel this is the best way to alleviate the back order issue and make sure those who have chosen to buy from blu are getting the service and product that they expect from us.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

    Please contact their customer service on http://www.blucigs.com/contact_us.php You can contact them by Email, phone and they even have a direct Chat line.

    They have experienced delays in delivery but no worries, all orders will be fulfilled !

    And between us, it’s worth the wait!
